Please note 1/: there are no refunds for readings once the payment is done. However Jen is more than happy to reschedule you again for a time that suits both you and Jen - (Tues, Thursday or Saturday mornings - by Zoom, Phone or in-person). *No rescheduling can be done within the 24 hour period of Appointment time. For outside of the 24 hour window from Appointment, please refer to your original booking and make the necessary changes there or you can reach out to Jen on 0427 605630. Thankyou!

Please note 2/: Please allow enough time to arrive on time for your appointment. If there is a late arrival then the reading will need to be shortened to fit in with the original scheduled time as to not impact the following clients appointments. You can message Jen on 0427 605 630 if you are running late.
